You will wait in the drive through line for 45 minutes every single time (trust me, I used the timer on my phone). It doesn't matter what time of day it is, you are going to wait. The wait is so long, that even if they get your order wrong, you won't go through the trouble of having them correct it, because it would be torcher to wait again.
Also, the drive through menu board has items on it that they don't even offer anymore (for example: string beans). Side note, they ran out of the sweet-heat sauce two days in a row (it's my favorite sauce). On a positive note, the food taste good.
My husband ordered a TEN PIECE MIXED box of chicken. My family does not eat spicy food! My mother is almost 90 and she and my daughter cannot tolerate spicy food at all. What we got was SEVEN DARK pieces of VERY SPICY chicken and only THREE WHITE pieces of MILD!! We live too far away to bother going back and believe me, we never will!!! At least one star is required to post this review but it was a no-star visit!
Talk about a place with zero leadership. Normally I don't complain sense I was a restaurant manager for 15 years and know the struggle, but this place is ridiculous. Be prepared to wait a very long time. They have 10 plus people working, but almost nothing gets done in a timely manner. As a former manager of KFC for 10 years this place could be ran 1000 times better. To much playing around and not much working. No manager in sight giving directions. Customers walking out and driving off left and right. My guess is the workers here are making this place lose up to 30% if not more per day. But i'm not blaming the crew, because it all starts at the top. Whomever owns this place needs to fire the manager and hire someone with actual skill. Then retrain every employee here.
I can see why they only have one star. I specifically asked for cocktail sauce. The person taking my order said it automatically comes with sauce in the box. No sauce to moisten this dried out overcooked shrimp.
THIEVES...STAY AWAY!!! If I could give 0 stars I would! The employee did NOT give me a receipt and got very loud, rude and unprofessional when I told her she did NOT give me my card back. We literally went back and forth for a good 10 minutes so I got out my car emptied all my pockets in a good foot of snow to prove she didn't give it back. She of all people got mad and I asked her how is she mad bc she didn't give my card back?!
Five minutes later my debit card miracously appears inside the restaurant with the cashier that "lifted the register & inside the window and didn't see it." After being talked to like I was a 3 year old child instead of a 33 year old woman, I requested a refund and she rudely informed me she wasn't giving me my money back. So I asked for a receipt to return back in the morning to return the order then and still received push back. I spent another 5 minutes honking the horn bc she walked away from the window intentionally trying to ignore me. When she finally did return she was still talking reckless. At this point I had already began recording the interaction because I just couldn't believe what I was experiencing.
I do fully intend to take this to corporate and will be back at the restaurant tomorrow to report the incident and return my order because I wouldn't think of even touching something that comes from someone so vile.
I did go home and cancel my card bc I do wholeheartedly believe she tried to steal my card bc she was so adamant about she don't have to steal from me when I only stated the fact that she didn't give me my debit card back which indeed was true. There was another employee observing the whole encounter. She refused to tell me her name but once I finally got a receipt I found out that her name is Lequinda G.
I will NEVER support this location EVER again!!!
